INC 22 A (ACTIVE FORM)

Company need to file inc-22 a (active form) for verifying their office through uploading of photos of office with the GPS Location which are registered before 31-3-2017. This has been introduced by the company to idenity the busniess run by shell company.INC -22 A is required to certified by chartered accountant and has to be uploaded with in once a year before 30th April.
Ministry has prepare the form in such a way so it could contain all the detail and in case of any defalut..like not apppointing the auditor , Not filing the annual return , No appointment of Company secreatry where it is reqiired…in case of these default company would not be able to file the INC 22 A and first the remove the default of it.
However if the company failed to file do so the penalty will be Rs. 10,000/- And also in this situtation company will be barred to file the following things ;-

(i) SH-07 (Change in Authorized Capital); 
(ii) PAS-03 (Change in Paid-up Capital);
(iii)DIR-12 (Changes in Director except cessation); 
(iv) INC-22 (Change in Registered Office); 
(v) INC-28 (Amalgamation, de-merger)
